Flower of the North, is silky sweet and packed with notes of dark chocolate and spice. This high elevation coffee is well-suited for a darker roast profile.

Flor del Norte is a transparency contract coffee from the Huabal producers of CENFROCAFE. Located outside of Jaen, Peru, Huabal is a collection of three small producer groups.

Sacred Grounds worked with this group to select the top quality coffees and pay a premium price for their efforts. Every coffee selected for this lot scored 85 points or higher and was evaluated by Sacred Grounds, CENFROCAFE and an independent third party. The scores were entered into a database, compared and blended into a coffee we call Flor del Norte.
