3C is Sr. Henrique Araujo's combination of Catuai, Catucaiacu, and Caturra varietals from his Camocim farm. Camocim is a bio-dynamic and certified organic farm located in North Eastern Brazil. The estate is home to a flock of the rare Jacu bird known to feed heavily on insects (and occasionally ripe coffee, but that is another story...)

Henrique's father was the first to bring organic coffee to Brazil and formally certified the farm in 1999 at the age of 92. The farm covers 125 acres and has diversified shade and extensive riparian habitat for dozens of bird and mammal species.

Oh yeah, the cup quality is fantastic! Lower acidity, creamy body with really nice nutty notes. Among the top Brazilian coffees we've found over the years.
