Grown on the Atalaia estate in three distinct plantings, Iapar 59 is an Arabica varietal unique to the hills of NE Brazil. Henrique Araujo's farm is bio-dynamic and certified organic. Despite being in his 70's Henrique has embraced modern technology and has GIS data for every planting in his holdings and can track and plot each microlot.

Atalaia is the sister farm to Camocim and the coffees grown on both farms are of exceptional quality. The Iapar 59 lot has very low acidity, a sweet hazelnut character and is sure to satisfy lovers of sweet coffees. We selected this coffee for inclusion in an espresso blend but we love it as a brewed coffee enough to offer it as a land of origin.
