Sorry! This coffee is gone until the new crop arrives later this spring.
Product Description
The Santa Adelaida Cooperative formed in 1980 during land reform in El Salvador. The cooperative grows an heirloom Bourbon variety under a dense shade canopy. The cup is classic, clean and very balanced. Not a bold coffee, the understated notes of milk chocolate and a mild, clean acidity are the highlights. We really enjoy this in our late afternoon press pot.
This co-op is certified by Rainforest Alliance, an organization dedicated to sustainable agriculture in the tropical rain forests of Latin America.
