Dry processed and hand sorted coffee from the Golocha district just outside of Harar. Very silky and packed with ripe fruit and powerful floral notes. This is coffee can be enjoyed light, medium or dark roasted. Since this is a natural/dry processed coffees there are some immature beans in the mix. They will appear much lighter than the bulk of the coffee in the batch. You can hand sort them out or leave them in for a more rustic cup.
