A wonderful dry-processed offering from Ethopia, Golocha is brimming with floral notes and has fantastic berry overtones. It is one of those cups that makes us think of purple flowers! Medium-bodied and smooth, we straddle the line between Vienna and French roasts to bring out the incredible depth of this coffee. This coffee is an excellent choice for medium and dark roast lovers.

Dry-processed coffees are harvested and dried with the fruit left on the bean. Later, the dried fruit is scraped off the bean. Often times this yields a sweeter cup with a silky body and gentle acidity.
