Sweet and viscous with a bright citrus cup, rustic and charming to boot. This is a semi-washed coffee from a small producer group in Limu. A combination between dry-processed and washed coffee, the coffee is pulped then given a very short soaking period. The sticky mucilage is not entirely removed during the process, and when the coffee is spread out to dry on raised beds. The result is a unique coffee, bright and crisp but also sweet and creamy. Perfect for a really intense espresso or a silky press pot.
