Each year we set out to blend some of our favorite coffees from the past year. Selecting coffees with sweetness and a lush, creamy body is paramount as we seek to create a coffee that will match the richest cookie or cake the holiday season has to offer.

Four of our coffees found their way into this blend. From Central America, Nicaragua's Co-op Luis Vasquez and Costa Rica's Las Lajas Miel. Ethiopia MOREDOCAFE Sidamo and dry-processed Golocha bring an uncanny sweetness and dried fruit notes to the cup.

A fine blend of light, medium and dark roasted coffees. We make this our gift to friends and family (along with Beth's most excellent homemade marshmallows)
