CENFROCAFE works hard to cultivate and process their coffees, employing high standards of excellence during every step of the way. The co-op gives extensive training to its members, ranging from agronomy to learning the skills of roasted coffee evaluation.

Sacred Grounds has a special place in our hearts for Peruvian culture. We work with three different producer groups in Northern Peru because we absolutely love the coffee they produce and the progress they have made to become a world-renowned growing region. Roads, schools and improved processing are a result of hard work, and in turn the coffee just gets better every year.
